In order for your query to be addressed correctly, please provide the following info is applicable:

Not to worry, most of our items will be left in your postbox and if the postman does not have access to your postbox, it will usually be left at your local post office for you to pick up!
After placing the order, you will receive an email and or text with tracking information. Please note, processing may take 1-2 days.

We’re unable to make changes once you have placed the order so make sure to correctly input your details. This includes:
- Adding items to your order
- Changing the item
- Changing the Delivery/billing address
However, if you contact us immediately after placing the order (within 1-3 hours) we may be able to make adjustments if your order hasn’t already been shipped out.
We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday. Our warehouses are closed on Sundays.
If it’s been more than 2 days and you haven’t received tracking info then please contact us or check your email as our team may have been in touch to confirm your address / item details.
Cave of Gold will pay for duties & taxes for orders shipping to the UK, US, CA, AUSTRALIA, NO, NZ, CH and EU.
For Delivery to any other country, Customers are liable to pay for any duties & taxes incurred.

Your jewellery should be kept dry and stored in the dust bag provided in our packaging.
- Remove your piece before swimming or working out
- Do not spray perfume/cologne on your piece
- Avoid touching your piece with oily hands

We use the highest quality PVD plating on the market to ensure our jewellery is the longest lasting on the market. However, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t take care of your jewellery.
Swimming will shorten the lifespan of your jewellery so we always advise keeping your pieces dry.
All Cave of Gold pieces come with a 5 year guarantee. This means if your item arrives damaged or has any manufacturing defects within 5 years of your purchase, our guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge.
(Our guarantee does not cover lost or stolen items)

- You have 30 days from the date of the item being received by you to return it for a refund*.
- You will be notified via email once we receive your return. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund/exchange lost returns.
- Refunds can take 3-5 working days to show on your account. Please contact your bank after this time.
